BE IT ORDAINED
BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the
OwPity of Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly:
Lot 168 ROlIing Heights, together with the abutting rights-of way of
bora 'Dr ve and Ella Place including the intersection of these two
streets; according, to the map or plat thereof as recorded in P'1 at
BooR 43 Page 1 , of the public records of 'Pinellas County, Florida.

Section 2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to
be '.consisitent with the Cit of Clearwater .Com rehensive Plan. The it

Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-oF-way
acrd other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, treed
-or 'user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and, the
Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the prop' rty
described !herE- n upon the official maps and records of the City.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoptllion.
The City Clerk shall file certified ;copies of this ordinance, including the map
attached hereto, with the Clerk of the Circuit Court and with the Colunty
�. Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida, within 7 days after adoption, and
shall fi'le'a certified copy with the Florida Department of 'State within 30 1,days
