EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1,00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom, CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF SAFETY HARBOR,
FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, an easement over, under and across
the following described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas,
State of Florida, to wit:
The South 20 feet of the North 50 feet of the NE 1 14 of
the SW 1/4 of Section 21, Township 28 South, Range
16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, LESS the West
485.60 feet.
This easement being for sanitary sewer installation and maintenance,
The CITY OF SAFETY HARBOR, FLORIDA, shall have the right to
enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any sanitary sewer lines and to inspect and alter such lines from time
to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party hereto has caused these presents
to be executed in its name by its City Manager, City Clerk, countersigned by
its Mayor-Commissioner, and approved as to form and correctness by its City
Attorney, and its corporate seal to be hereunto attached, the 10th day of
November , A, D. 1982.
