Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance rs
consistent yith tine City's Com'rehensive Plan. The City Commission hereby
accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-way and other
dedications toltfle public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user
within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the Planning
and Development €director are directed to include and show, the property describE?d
herein upon the ��fficial maps and records of the City.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
The City Clerk; shall file certif ied copies of this ordinance, 'including the msp
attached hereto, with the Clerk of the Circuit Court and with the Coun!y
Admjni strator of, Pinellas County, Florida, within' 7 days after adoption, ai d
