EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. OO)
cash in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefits to be derived therefrom,

do pc:; hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over,' under and across the following described land, lying
and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:

described tract:
