FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash in hand
paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom,

do~ hereby grJnt and convey to the CITY OF SAFETY HARBOR, FLORIDA, an
easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and being
situate in the County of Pinellas, state of Florida, to-wit:
A parcel of land located in the Southeast quarter of section 21,
Township 28 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, being
a 10 foot wide strip of land being 5 feet continuous on each side
of the following described centerline:
From the Southeast corner of Lot 38 of Briar Creek Mobile Home
community I, A Condominium, as recorded in condominium Plat Book
24, Pages 94-102, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, as a
Point of Reference; thence South 00037'17" West, along a line being
the Southerly extension of the East boundary line of said Lot 38,
a distance of 11.73 feet to the Point of Beginning of the herein
described centerline; thence leaving said line, South 88038' 54"
East, 600.78 feet; thence South 03026'17" East, 93.29 feet; thence
South 46050'38" East, 14.38 feet; thence South 77003'21" East,
46.23 feet; thence South 89009'28" East, 336.61 feet; thence North
80019'52" East, 120.32 feet; thence North 86022'42" East, 126.97
feet to a Point on the West boundary line of Lot 246 of country
villas - unit Two, as recorded in Plat Book 79, Page 80, Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida, said point lying South
00012'27" East, 61.45 feet South of the Northwest corner of Lot 247
of said Country villas - unit Two and said point also being the
Point of Termination.
See Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and a part thereof for
sketch of the above description.
This easement is for sanitary sewer purposes.
The CITY OF SAFETY HARBOR, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon
the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon
a sanitary sewer force main and to inspect and alter such sanitary sewer
force main from time to time.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, reserves the right to have the CITY OF
SAFETY HARBOR, FLORIDA, relocate their force main, at no cost to Clearwater,
toa new location at such time as it is determined that the present location
interferes with the use of the property. The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
will provide a new easement to the CITY OF SAFETY HARBOR at the time the
force main is located.
