WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation,
Licensee, on March 24, 1975, entered into a License Agreement relating
to a storm drainage ditch across the property described in Exhibit A attached
hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, that License Agreement was recorded in O. R. Book 4279,
page 1982, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, U. S. Home of Florida, Inc. no longer has a need for
the License Agreement and is willing to release the City of Clearwater from
such agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, Licensee, U. S. Home of Florida, Inc., having
determined that its need for the license granted pursuant to that certain
License Agreement dated March 24, 1975, has ceased, does hereby remise,
convey and release unto the City of Clearwater, Florida, all the right, interest,
claim or use whatsoever such corporation may have acquired in, through or
by that certain License Agreement dated March 24, 1975, by and between
the City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation, and U. S. Home
