A 15 foot utility easement, being 5.00 feet Northwesterly of and
10.00 feet Southeasterly of the following described line:
From the Southwest corner of Lot 134, Clubhouse Estates of Country-
side Unit Three, as recorded in Plat Book 76, Pages 42 and 43, Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence N. 89057'0211 E., along the
North line of Augusta Drive South (a 60.00 foot Right-of-Way), 57.30
feet to the Point of Beginning. Said Right-of-Way line also the Point
of Origin of aforementioned Northwesterly and Southeasterly line of
said easement; thence N. 78022'1711 E., 85.88 feet to the Point of Termi-
nation on the Westerly Right-of-Way line of Countryside Boulevard (a 100
foot Right-of-Way) said line also terminates aforementioned Northwesterly
and Southeasterly limits of said easement.

This easement being for utilities and drainage installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the above
described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any utility lines
and drainage lines and to inspect and alter such utility lines and drainage lines
from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party hereto has caused these presents to be duly exe-
cuted by its proper officers thereunto authorized and its seal to be hereunto affixed,
