EASEMENT AGREEMENT
THIS EASEMENT AGREEMENT is entered into as of this 4th
day of September , 1979 by and between u.S. HOME CORPORATION, a
Delaware corporation ("Home") and THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, a
Florida municipal corporation, whose mailing address is 112 S.
Osceola Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33516 ("City").
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)

1. Home hereby grants and conveys to the City, its suc-
cessors and assigns, as to that certain real property more par-
ticularly dscribed on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference (the "Easement Area") a non-exclusive ease-
ment for purpose of installation, maintenance, operation repair
and replacement of sanitary sewer lines and facilities in and
under Easement Area.
2. Notwithstanding such grant of easement, Home, and any
successor in title to the Easement Area, shall be entitled to use
the Easement Area and grant other easements with regard thereto
so long as such use or other easement rights do not conflict with
or limit City in the exercise of its rights hereunder.
3. By its joinder in the execution of this Agreement,
City hereby agrees to accept for maintenance the sanitary sewer
lines and facilities located in, on and under the Easement Area.
4. This instrument shall be binding on the parties
hereto, and their respective successors and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this
Agreement by their duly authorized officers as of the day and
year first above written.

EASEMENT DESCRIPTION
An easement over a strip of land 10.00 feet in width, for the installation
and maintenance of utilities, lying in Section 20, Township 28 South, Range
16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, being 5.00 feet on each side of the
following described centerline:
Commence at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 20; thence N 35010153" E,
for 850.56 feet, to an intersection with the westerly right-of-way of
Countryside Boulevard, as shown on the Plat of CLUBHOUSE ESTATES OF COUNTRY-
SIDE UNIT FOUR, as recorded in Plat Book 77, pages 16 and 17, of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence S 8904514411 E along the westerly
