easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and being
situate in the County of Pinellas, State pf Florida, to-wit:
The South 20 feet of the North 30 feet of the following described tract:
Lots 20 and 21 of DUNROMIN SUBDIVISION and a portion of the Southwest ~ of
Section 19, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida described
as follows: From the Southwest corner run S. 880 48' 33" E., 330.01 feet,
along the South line of Section 19; thence N 00001' 41" W., 50.00 feet to the
North right-of-way line of Belleair Road (CR 116)(A 100 foot right-of-way) and
the Point of Beginning; thence continue N 000 01' 41" W., 283.00 feet along the
East line of DUNROMIN SUBDIVISION as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 93,
Public Records of Pine lIas County, Florida to the Northeast corner of Lot 21 of
said DUNROMIN SUBDIVISION, thence S 880 48' 33" E., 295.79 feet; thence
S 000 01' 41" E., 283.00 feet to the North right-of-way line of Belleair Road;
thence N 880 48' 33" W., 295.79 feet, along said right-of-way to the Point of
Beginning. SUBJECT to a utility easement over the North 30 feet thereof.

This easement being for sanitary sewer installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon
any sanitary sewer line and to inspect and alter such sanitary sewer line from
time to time.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, agrees to restore any and all land-
scaping disruped as well as any damages caused during the process of construct~
ing, installing, maintaining, altering, or inspecting the sanitary sewer line.
