EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00)
cash in hand paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefits to be derived therefrom, NOEL L. LeCHER and FRANK
KUNNEN, AS TR USTEES, do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, an easement over,
under and across the following described land, lying and being situate in
the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:

A ten foot wide Sanitary Sewer Easement lying five feet
either side of the following described line:
The East 24 feet of the Westerly 110 feet of the following:
Start at the SE corner of Section 19, Township 29 South,
Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, and run N 01026'
21" E, 1343.64 feet along the centerline of U.S. Highway 19,
to the NE corner of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 19;
thence N 89024'49" W, 100.01 feet along the centerline of
Nursery Road; thence S 01 "26'21" W, 302.69 feet; thence
N 89056'511' W, 232,00 feet; thence N 00003'09" E, 5.00 feet
to the P. O. B.; thence N 89056'51" W, 196.46 feet; thence

The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any utility lines and to inspect and alter such utility lines from time
to time.
