EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom LECHER PROFESSIONAL CENTER,
A CONDOMINIUM, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, does hereby
grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, an easement over, under and across the following described
land lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:

either side of the following described lines:
The West 86 feet of the following described tract:
Start at the SE corner of Section 19, Township 29 South,
Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, and run
N OP26'21" E, 1343.64 feet along the centerline of
U. S. Highway 19, to the NE corner of the SE 1/4 of the
SE 1/4 of said Section 19; thence N 89024'49" W, 100.01
feet along the centerline of Nursery Road; thence SOl 026'21"
W, 302.69 feet; thence N 89056'51" W, 232.00 feet; thence
N 00003'09" E, 5.00 feet to the P.O. B.; thence N 89056'51" W,

This easement being for Sanitary Sewer Installtion and Maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any sanitary sewer lines and to inspect and alter such lines from
time to time.
