as follows: Begin at the SE corner of aforesaid Section 19, and run thence

40 acre line, also being the centerline of Nursery Road; thence N 89.24'49"
W, 100.01 feet along the centerline of Nursery Road; thence S 1026'21" W,
190.00 feet along the Westerly right-of-way of U. S. Highway 19 to the P. O. B. ;
thence continue S 1026121" W, 112.69 feet along aforesaid Westerly right-of-way
of U.S. Highway 19; thence N 89056'51" W, 40.01 feet; thence N 01026121" E,
113.06 feet; thence S 89024'49" E, 40.00 feet to the P. 0.1,1;3.,
