FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the swn of One Dollar ($l. 00)
cash in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefits to be derived therefrom,
AMERICAN EXECUTIVE REALTY, INC., a Florida corporation,
do f'~ hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land, lying
and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
The South 10 feet of the following described property:
A parcel of land in the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 19, Township
29 South, Range 16 E, part of Lot 18, according to the map of Pinellas
Groves, Inc., as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55 of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida, further described as follows: Begin at
the NE corner of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 19-29-16,
also a point along the centerline of Nursery Road and run thence along
the North-South centerline of the said Section, S 00"51'06" W, 30.00
feet to the southerly right-of-way line of the said Nursery Road; thence
along the said right-of..way line, N 89009'04" w, 366.54 feet for a
P.O. B.; thence S 00044'17" W, 190 feet; thence N 89~09'041' W, 75.00
feet; thence N 00044117" E, 190 feet to the southerly right-of-way line
of Nursery Road; thence along the said right-of-way line, S 89009'04"
E, 75.00 feet to the P. O. B.

This easement being for utilities and drainage installation and
maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA., shall have the right to
enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any utility and drainage lines, and to inspect and alter
such utility and drainage lines from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party hereto has caused these
presents to be duly executed by its proper officers thereunto authorized
