FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
cash in hand paid to them ,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefits to be derived therefrom,

an easement over, under and across the following described land, lying
and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:

A parcel of land in the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 19, Township 29 South,
Range 16 East, part of Lots 17 and 18, according to the Map of Pinellas Groves,
Inc., as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, further described as follows: Begin at the NE corner of the
SE1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 19-29-16, also a point along the centerline
of Nursery Road and run thence along the North-South centerline of the said
Section, S 00-51'06" W, 30.00 feet to the southerly right~of-way line of the said
Nursery Road; thence along the said right-of-way line, N 89"09'04" W, 255.25
feet for a P. O. B.; thence S 00"51'06" W, 190 feet; thence N 89"09'04" W, 110.76
feet; thence N 00.44'1711 E, 190 feet to the southerly right-of-way line of

The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to
enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install and
