municipal corporation, an easement over, under and across the following
described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pincllas,
State of Florida, to wit:
the East 10 feet of Lot 11, Block B of the Tropic Hills Subdivision,
Unit 2
The property in the easement will be restored to as good or better
condition than at the time of commencing work.
This easement is granted for construction purposes for the
use by the City of Clearwater, Florida. This easement is temporary
pnd expires automatically after one year from date hereof or upon the
completion of the project, whichever is sooner, unless extended by
written agreement of the parties hereto.
