Easement to be submitted for acceptance by
the City of Clearwater Commission
Location: Approximately 260 ft. South of Harn Blvd. and
approximately 450 L.F. west of U.S. 19
(see attached sheet)
Purpose of Easement: Drainage retention area. Because
some of this property will be sold, the
drainage easement is requested for their
drainage retention to insure future owners
of continued use for their water retention.

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash in
hand paid to it , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom,
Sambo's, Inc., a Florida corporation, 3760 State Street, Santa Barbara, Ca.,
do~ hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an
easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and being
situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
From the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 19,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida,
run N 89028'57" W, along the North boundary of the NE 1/4 of
the SE 1/4 of said Section 19, a distance of 383.50 feet to a point;
thence SOl 026'51" W, 105 feet to the Point of Beginning: Thence
N 89028157" W, 77 feet to a point; thence N 01026151" E 93 feet to
a point; thence N 89027'57" W 37 feet to a point; thence SOl 026'51"
