29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, being more particularly
described as follows:
Commence at the NE corner of said SE 1/4 thence N 89028'571' W, along the
Northerly-boundary of said SE 1/4, 765.00 feet; thence S 00040'08" E, 240.05
feet to the P. O. B. of a parcel of land lying 7.5 feet each side of the following
described centerline; thence from the P. O. B. continue S 00040'08" E, 93.87
feet to a point herein described as Point "A"; thence S 89028' 57" E, 95.00 feet;
thence S 73052' 24" E, 59.60 .feet to the Westerly boundary of a parcel of land
described in a deed to E1banco Realty Corporation as recorded in O. R. Book
3990, page 1157 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida for a Point
of Termination; also a parcel beginning at the aforementioned Point "A"; thence
N 89028'57" W, 205.00 feet; thence S 01026'57" W, 207.65 feet to the Point of
Termination, said Point of Termination lying on the Northerly boundary described
in a mortgage to Barnett Mortgage Trust from Bay Park Center, Inc., described
inO. R. Book 4064, page 1629, Pinellas County, Florida.
This easement being for sanitary sewer installation and maintenanceo
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the r1ghtto enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any sanitary sewer line and to inspect and alter
such sanitary sewer line from time to time.
