WHEREAS, that easement was recorded in O. R. Book 4526, page 1472
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, it was intended that the grant of such easement be for
road right-of-way purposes rather than utilities installation and maintenance;
NOW, THEREFORE, WILLIAM OTIS GILLENWA TERS, Trustee under
Trust Agreement dated May 18, 1960, pursuant to this Corrective Easement,
does hereby assert that the easement granted to the CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, over, under and across the above described property as recorded
in O. R. Book 4526, page 1472 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
is hereby amended or corrected to indicate that the easement granted is an
easement for road right-of-way installation and maintenance.
In all other respects the grant of easement as recorded in O. R. Book
4528, page 1472 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, is ratified
and confirmed.
