FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash in
hand paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom, ROLAND FOX, CLAYTON B. BURTON, CHARLES D.
GEORGE, and DOUGLAS J. LOEFFLER, as Trustees of the BELLEAIR
PROFESSIONAL CENTER LAND TRUST, do here~ grant and convey to the
CITY OF CLEAR WA TER, FLORIDA, an easement over, under and across
the following described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas,
State of Florida, to wit:
10-Foot Drainage and Utility Easements:
The East 10.0 feet and the North 10.0 feet of the following described
tract:

Southwest 1/4 less Dunromin Subdivision less road right-of-way
of Belleair Road located in Pinellas County, Florida; Section 19,

10-Foot Drainage and Utility Easement:

The North 10.0 feet of Lots 20 and 21, Dunromin Subdivision,
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30,
Page 93, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
This easement being for drainage and utilities installation and main-
tenance.
The CITY OF CLEAR WA TER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above -des cribed premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any drainage and utility lines and to inspect and alter such drainage
and utility lines from time to time.
