FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby ac~owledged, and the

an easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and
being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
Ten (l0) foot drainage and utility easement over the East 10
feet and South 10 feet of the following des cribed property:
From NW corner of SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 19, Town-
ship 29 South, Range 16 East, run S 00 OIt4l" E, 40 feet along
West boundary of said SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 19; thence
S 89006141" E, 50.0 feet along a line 40 feet South of and parallel
to the North boundary of said SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 19,
