FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt 0 f which is hereby acknowledged, and
the benefits to be derived therefrom, CHARLIE HARRIS PONTIAC, INC., a
Florida corporation, does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement over, under and across the following
described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas,
State of Florida, to-wit:
See attached Exhibit "A" for description of
the property subject to the Easement herein
granted.
This Easement being for storm sewer drainage installations
and maintenance only.
THE GRANTOR reserves the right of ingress and egress over the
surface of the land herein subjected to this Easement and reserves
the right to use the lands described herein in conjunction with the
CITY OF CLEARWATER, provided that the Grantor's reserved use shall
at all times be in accordance with the laws and ordinances of the
CITY OF CLEARWATER and provided further that no building or structure
shall be erected within the lands covered by the Easement.
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any utility lines and to inspect and alter such
utility lines from time to time.
IN WITNESS ~~EREOF, the party hereto has caused these presents
to be duly executed by its proper officers thereunto authorized and
its seal to be hereunto affixed this ~day of April, 1971.
