easement over j under and across the following described land, lying and being
situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to-wit:
A 5 foot easement each side of existing 8 inch sanitary sewers. noted on
. plan of Far Horizon Mobile Home Park. as on record with the City of
Clearwater and located on Metes & Bounds Tracts 9-2 and 10-4, Section 19,
Township 29 South. Range 16 East. as sanitary lines numbers 5. 6 and
8 AND a 10 foot easement running northerly from Manhole #7, located
on Lot 7 of said Far Horizon Mobile Home Park to North property line,
AND
A 10 foot sanitary easement along the West side of Metes & Bounds Tract 9-2
and Metes & Bounds Tract 10-4. both in Section 19. Township 29 South,
Range 16 East.
AND
A sanitary easement consisting of the North 20 feet of the West 25 feet of
Metes & Bounds Tract 9-2 in Section 19, Township 29 South, Range 16
East, for lift station operation and maintenance,
This easement being for sanitary sewer installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon
the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
sanitary sewer line and to inspect and alter such sanitary sewer line from time
to time.

BILL OF SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That, DONALD SHAW
and FLORENCE SHAW, his wife, whose address is 5796 Ulmerton Road,
Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration,
to them paid by the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, transferred and delivered,
and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, transfer and deliver unto
the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns, the following
goods and chattels:
Sanitary Sewage Lift Station, Equipment and Appurtenances
designated as Serial No, 52-276-67TP by the Florida State
Board of Health,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second
part, its succes sors and assigns forever,
And the said parties of the first part for themselves, their heirs,
personal representatives and assigns covenant to and with the said party of
the second part, its successors and assigns, that said parties of the first part
are the lawful owners of the said goods and chattels; that they are free from
all encumbrances; that they have good right to sell the same as aforesaid and
that they will warrant and defend the sale of the said property, goods and
chattels hereby made, unto the said party of the second part, its successors
and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whomsoever.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this

SHAW, his wife, hereinafter referred to as "Owner", and the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred
to as "City";
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater requires property hereinafter
described for an easement for sanitary sewer installation and maintenance;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and other
good and valuable considerations, it is agreed as follows:
1. The Owner agrees to grant and convey to the City an easement
over, under and across the following described land, lying and being situate
in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
A 5 foot easement each side of existing 8 inch sanitary sewers,
noted on plan of Far Horizon Mobile Home Park, as on record
with the City of Clearwater and located on Metes & Bounds
Tracts 9-2 and 10-4, Section 19, Township 29 South, Range
16 East, as sanitary lines numbers 5, 6 and 8 AND a 10 foot
easement running northerly from Manhole #7, located on Lot
7 of said Far Horizon Mobile Home Park to North property line.
AND
A 10 foot sanitary easement along the West side of Metes & Bounds
Tract 9-2 and Metes & Bounds Tract 10-4, both in Section 19,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East.
AND
A sanitary easement consisting of the North 20 feet of the West
25 feet of Metes & Bounds Tract 9-2 in Section 19, Township 29
South, Range 16 East, for lift station operation and maintenance.
2. The City agrees that the Owner will be allowed to attach to the
sanitary sewer line which said Owner is turning over to the City without the
payment of the customary tap fee, but shall at his own expense pay for all
labor and materials in connection therewith and shall also be required to pay
all customary monthly charges for the use of said sanitary sewer service in
accordance with the schedule of fees established by the City of Clearwater.

3. The City agrees that when sanitary sewer is constructed over
easement on West side of Lots 84 through 91 in said Far Horizon Mobile
Home Park that a manhole will be constructed 6 feet North of southerly
lot line of Lot 86, with an 8 inch stub to the East.
4. The Owner agrees to pay for seven (7) wyes and risers to be
constructed over Lots 84 through 89, and Recreation and Service Area
in said Far Horizon Mobile Home Park. The City agrees to replace the wyes
at no cost on Lots 90 and 91 in said Far Horizon Mobile Home Park,
5. This contract shall be binding on the heirs, successors and
assigns of the parties hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF. the parties hereto have caused these presents
to be executed in their respective names, in duplicate, on the date first
above written.
