EASEMENT DEED
Between BLACKBURN BROTHERS LAND DEVELOPMENT, a partnership under
the laws of the State of Florida, Party of the First Part, and the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation, Party of the Second Part.
WITNESSETH: That the Party of the First Part for and in consideration of the
sum of One Dollar ($1 !,OO) and other good and valuable cons ide rations to them in
hand paid by the Party of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged do hereby grant and release unto the said Party of the Second Part an
easement for the construction and maintenance of a sanitary sewer line and ap-
purtenances in the South 5 feet of the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the
NE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 29 S., Range 16 E., and also: a strip of land
10 feet in width, lying 5 feet on either side of a center line described as follows:
From the southeast corner of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the
NE 1/4 of said Section 19 - 29 - 16, as a Point of Beginning,
run N. 89029' 13" W., along the E-W center line of said
Section 19,779.55 feet; thence run S, 89015' 46" '1-(.,458,25
feet; thence run N. 890 29' 13" W., along a line 10 feet S/Iy
of the said E- W center line of Section 19, 652.09 feet to a
Point of Ending on the west line of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4
of sa id Section 19.
