EASEMENT

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash in
hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and
the benefits to be derived therefrom,
THE MEADOWS OF CLEARWATER, INC., a Florida corporation,
do es hereby'grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER FLORIDA, an
easement over, under and across the following described land, lying
and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
Begin at the Southeasterly corner or The Meadows as recorded in Plat
Book 58, PaBe 81, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,and run
thence S 89 58'35" E,along the 10-acre line 20.0 feet, thence N 0001'_
25" E 472.50 feet, thence N 42016'56" W ~1.13 feet to the Northerly
line of Glenmoor Road North, thence N 89 58'35" W, along the Northerly
line of Glenmoor Road North,20.0 feet to the Southeasterly corner of
Lot 25 of The Meadows, thence S 42016'56" E, 81.13 feet to the North-
'el:\sterlycorner of Lot 24 of The Meadows, thence S 0001'25" W, along
~he Easterly line of The Meadows, 472.50 feet to P.O.B.
This easement being for utility installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and main-
tain thereon any utilities and to inspect and alter such utilities
from time to time.
