grant and release unto the City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal
corporation, a perpetual easement for the construction, installation,
operation and maintenance of a sanitary sewer pump station and
underground sanitary sewer lines, ftcross, in and upon the following
described land, as shown and outlined in red on Schedule "A",
attached hereto, which land is lying and being situate in the County
of Pinellas, State of Florida, and more particularly described as
follows:

The City of Clearwater, Florida, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described land and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any sanitary sewer lines and to inspect and alter such lines
from time to time.
That the permission hereby granted may be terminated by written
notice of such termination to the City of Clearwater, Florida, for
non-use of the easement for a consecutive two-year period for the
purpose for which granted or on the abandonment of the easement.
The termination shall be effective as of the date of such notice.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused this easement to
be signed in its name, by the Commander, Seventh Coast Guard District,
