FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash in hand paid
to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits to be derived
therefrom,

does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement over,
under and across the following described land, lying and being situated in the County
of Pinellas,State of Florida, to wit:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION - DRAINAGE EASEMENT
That portion of the westerly 100.00 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 19, Township 28 Sooth, Range 16 East, lying
Northerly of the Northerly right-of-way of Northside Drive as shown on the
Plat of "Countryside Tract 6 Replat", according to the Plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 78 at Pages 11 and 12 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, less the Northerly 295.00 feet and the westerly
27.00 feet thereof.

This easement being for utilities and drainage installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the above
described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any utility lines
and drainage lines and to inspect and alter such utility lines and drainage lines
from time to time.
