tion of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable con-
siderations, paid receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby grant unto the second party, its successors and assigns,
a perpetual easement, license, and right of use for drainage and
to construct and/or install a water line and a sanitary sewer
line, including manholes, valves, and related appurtenances,
and to use and maintain the same across lands of the first
party, in Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the second party, its
successors and assigns, and the party of the first part will
defend the title to said lands against all persons claiming by,
through, or under said party of the first part.
