be necessary or convenient for the full use and enjoyment of such easement, which is for the purposes of constructing, operating, moin-
taining and replac;ng on and removing from said land, in connection with the Compony's conduct of its business, an installation de-
scribed os fonows:
Lines of wires, supporting structures and necessary appurtenances thereto.
The aforesaid rights and privileges granted shall include the right and privilege to trim or remove any and 011 trees or shrubs
upOn said land, and the Company sholl also hove the right and privilege to trim or remove any and 011 trees or shrubs upon the Grantor's
lands adjacent to said land, whenever the Company may deem it necessary or desirable to do so for the protection of said installation.
The Grantor may use said land for any purpose which will not interfere or conflict in any manner with use of the some by the
Company for the purposes enumerated above and which will not endanger any person or property.
The terms "Grantor" arid "Company" herein employed sholl be construed to include the words "successors and assigns" of the
respective p07ties hereto, wherever the context so admits or requires.
