BEGINNING; thence run South 890 19' 03" East along the North line
of said Lot 1 a distance of 90.0 feet; thence run South 600 54' 44"
East, a distance of 79.31 feet to a point on the West line of 40.0
foot drainage and utility easement as reserved in O.R. Book 7037
Pages 1945 and 1946; thence run South 01003' 04" West, along said
West right-of-way line a distance of 22.66 feet; thence run NOrth
600 54' 44" West a distance of 84.90 feet; thence run North 890 19'
03" West, a distance of 85.07 feet to a point on the West line of

This easement being for drainage installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the
