- FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash in hand
paid to the it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits derived
therefrom, LIFE SAVINGS BANK, a Florida chartered savings and loan association,
whose address is 301 U.S. Highway 19 North, Clearwater, Florida 34625-6180, does
hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement
over, under and across the following described land, lying and being situate in the
County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:

Southerly two feet of Lot 2, Studebaker's Subdivision as recorded in Plat
Book 92, Page 39, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
This easement being for public sidewalk purposes.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter the above

insure conformance with City specifications and therefore maintain same from time to
time; and that,
The GENERAL PUBLIC shall have full and free use of said sidewalk at any and
all times for traveling purposes.
