The City of Clearwater will install a redwood fence on the North, South
and East sides of the easement. The fence will be of adequate height (a
minimum of 6 feet) to prevent piping and meters from being visible to road
traffic and pedestrians. The City will install and maintain shrubbery around
the perimeter of the fence.
The City of Clearwater personnel and representatives will be permitted
ingress/egress, as required outside the easemetit area to install and maintain
the required shrubs, fence and to provide access to the west end of the
e~losed easement area.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the
above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
water lines and to inspect and alter such water lines from time to time.

6501, page 2042 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
