FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash in hand
paid to it, the receipt of .which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom,
EQUITEL, A FLORIDA GENERAL PARTNERSHIP
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA an easement
over, under and across the following described land, lying and being situate in
the County of Pine11as, State of Florida, to wit:
A tract of land 10.0 feet in width more particularly
described as follows:
Start at the Northeast corner of Section 18, Township 29
South, Range 16 East and go North 890 39' 14" West, 100.02
feet; thence South 010 03' 04" West, 1386.24 feet; thence
North 880 56' 56" West, 150.00 feet; thence North 890 40' 58"
West, 2.00 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue
North 890 40' 58" West, 50.00 feet; thence North 010 03' 04"
East, 10.00 feet; thence South 890 40' 58" East, 50.00 feet;
thence South 01003' 04" West, 10.00 feet to the Point of
Beginning.

This easement provides for surface and air use for water lines and
meters and in no way alters a prior water easement which is limited to below
surface use.
The City of Clearwater will install a redwood fence on the North, South
and East sides of the easement. The fence will be of adequate height (a
minimum of 6 feet) to prevent piping and meters from being visible to road
traffic and pedestrians. The City will install and maintain shrubbery around
the perimeter of the fence.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the
above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
water lines and to inspect and alter such water lines from time to time.
