THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter the above
described premises and inspect the placement and dimensions of said sidewalks to
insure conformance with City specifications and therefore maintain same from time
to time; and that,
THE GENERAL PUBLIC shall have full and free use of said sidewalk at any and
all times for traveling purposes.
