FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
cash in hand paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, and the benefits to be derived therefrom, the
undersigned fee owners,
ROBERT E. ALPAUGH and KATHLEEN P. ALPAUGH, his
wife; CHARLES W. BIRDSONG, EUGENE CHAIRES, RAYMOND C.
FARFANTE, JR. and EDWARD M. HANNAH, As Trustees for
CHARLES W. BIRDSONG Under Agreement dated December 30,
1978; and E. EUGENE SITTON and DONNA L. SITTON,
his wife
do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described
land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas,
State of Florida, to-wit:
A 20 foot wide Drainage and Utility easement lying in
the Northeast 1/4 of Section 18, Township 29 South,
Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, being further
described as follows:
Begin from the Northeast corner of said Section 18-29-16
also the point of intersection of rights of way center-
lines for Drew Street and U.s. 19 (S.R. 55) and run
thence along the said right-of-way centerline of Drew
Street N 890 39' 14" West, 316.02 feet; thence SOlo
03' 04" West, 50.00 feet to a point along the southerly
right-of-way line of the said Drew Street, the point of
intersection of the said right-of-way line with the West
right-of-way line of the Service Road also the Point of
Beginning; thence along said West right-of-way line of the
Service Road SOlo 03' 04" West, 151.09 feet to the point
of curvature of a Southeasterly curve of the Service Road
right-of-way; continuing SOlo 03' 04" West, along the
Tangent of said curve 219.65 feet thence run N 890 40'
58" West, 399.13 feet to the West line of a 15 foot
Utility Easement, as recorded in O.R. Book 3815, Page 898,
of the Public Records of said County; thence run N 060 31'
1711 East, 20.12 feet along the West line of said Utility
Easement; thence run S 890 40' 58" East, 377.21 feet;
thence run NOlo 03' 0411 East, 350.74 feet to a point on
the South right-of-way line of Drew Street; thence run S
890 39' 14" East, 20.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
This easement being for drainage and utility installation
and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to
enter upon the above-described premises and to construct,
install and maintain thereon any drainage and utility lines and
to inspect and alter such drainage and utility lines from time
to time.
