an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pine11as, State of Florida,
to wit:
Water easement for fire hydrant installation and maintenance:
The North 4.0 feet of the East 4.0 feet of the West 165.0
feet of the following described tract:
The North 330 feet of the West 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of
the Southeast 1/4 of Section 18, Township 29 South, Range 16
East, less the North 50 feet for Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard.
