FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of ~he sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
cash in hand paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, and the benefits to be derived therefrom, ESTATE OF LOUISE
K. SEVER and SOUTH GATE PARK, INC., a Florida corporation,do
hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA~ a
municipal corporation, an easement over, under and across the
following described land, lying and being situate in the County
of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
The West 40 feet of the East 140 feetof the SE 1/4
of Section 18, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, lying
within the following described tract:
Commence at the SE corner of said Section 18, thence
run N 88057'10" W, 100.00 feet, to a point on the West
right-of-way line of U.S. 19 (S.R. 55) for a P.O.B.;
thence continue N 88057'10" W,991.24 feet, to the East
line of the Florida Power right-of-way; thence run
N 01022'22" E, along said East line, 1286.40 feet, to
the South right-of-way line of Druid Road; thence run
S 89019'03" E, along said South right-of-way line, 400.00
feet; thence run S 01022'22" W, 100.01 feet; thence run
S 89019'03" E, 384.60 feet; thence run S 01003'04" W,
100.00 feet; thence run S 89019'03" E, 184.71 feet to the
East right-of-way line of U.S. 19 (S.R. 55); thence run
along the arc of a curve to the right, radius 755.94 feet,
arc 118.32 feet, chord 118.20 feet, chord bearing S 110
34'01.4" W; thence run S 16003'04" W, 117.98 feet; thence
run along the arc of a curve to the left, radius 78.00 feet,
arc 134.99 feet, chord 118.76 feet, chord bearing S 33031'
39.5" E; thence run S 01003'04" W, 765.08 feet to the P.O.B.
This easement being for right-of-way purposes.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above-described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any right-of-way and to inspect and alter such
right~of-way from t~me to time.
