Mr, Damonte spoke with Don McFarland, attorney for Mr, Sever, Apparently Mr, Sever passed away last week. Mr, McFarland does not foresee a problem with the easement grant. At least for the time being, both attorneys are comfortable without documenting the consent. From the City standpoint, I understand the water line is already in place and only a meter is required to cDmplete the emergency water system the Pinellas County Health Department requires being completed by next month, In the highly unlikely event the easement interest would ever be impaired by the lack of formal consent, the cost of removing the improvements is very minimal. Please present the easement to the City Commission for acceptance, and forward thereafter with the Affidavit to the City Clerk for recDrding.
