FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
benefits to be derived therefrom,

does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement
over, under and across the following described land, lying and being situated
in the County of Pinellas, State of Floirda, to wit:
The West 20.0 feet of the South 400.0 feet of the
following described parcel: Commencing at the N.W.
corner of the N.W. 1/4 of the S.W. 1/4 of Section 18,

thereon any utility and drainage lines and to inspect and alter such utility
