FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom, WALTER A. SHELDON, joined by his
wife, BEULAH SHELDON; DANIEL BANDES, joined by his wife,
LILLIAN BANDES; and DOUGLAS L. WEISS, joined by his wife, HANNA W.
WEISS, do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWA TER, FLORIDA,
a municipal corporation, an easement over, under and across the following
described land, lying and situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,
to wit:
The East 10 feet, the North 10 feet, and the West 10 feet
of the following described parcel:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northwest 1/4
of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 18, Township 29 South,
Range 16 East and run thence S 0009'35" E along the Section
line, 667.77 feet; thence S 89040'55" E, 400 feet to the P. O. B.;
thence S 0009'35" E, 666.23 feet; thence S 89055'05" E,
246. 78 feet; thence N 0006'26'1 E, 665. 26 feet; thence N
89010'55" W, 249.89 feet to the P. O. B., less and except
the South 50 feet thereof.
This easement being for utilitie s and drainage installation and
maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon
any utility and drainage lines and to inspect and alter such utility and drainage
lines from time to time.
