EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom, LEO F. MARTIN and LILLIAN T. MARTIN,
his wife, and THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CLEARWATER, a Banking
Corporation organized and existing under the Laws of the United States of
America, Trustee under Trust Agreement established by Leo F. Martin
under date of February 4, 1972, recorded in O. R. 3751, page 197, Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida; do hereby grant and convey to the
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement over, under and across
the following described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas,
State of Florida, to wit:
The North 17.0 feet of the South 50.00 feet of the West 400 feet
of the South 200 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of
Section 18, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, less and except
the following described portion:
Begin at the Southwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the
Southwest 1/4, run along the West boundary of said Section 18,
N 00 09135" W, 200 feet; thence S 890 54'25" E, 36. 00 feet;
thence run S 0009'35" E, 139.99 feet; thence S 41041110" E,
36.21 feet; thence run S 89054125" E, 150.00 feet; thence
S 005'35"W, 33.00 feet, to the South boundary of the
Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4; thence along said line
N 890 54125" W, 209.87 feet to the P. O. B.

upon the above-described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any right-of-way and to inspect and alter such right-of-way from time
to time.
