THIS INDENTURE, made th is

ABS, INC., a Florida corporation, hereinafter called party of the
first part, and CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation organized
and existing under the laws of Florida, hereinafter called party of
the second part, WITNESSETH:
That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars,
and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid to party
of the first part by party of the second part, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged by party of the first part!. the party of the
first part hereby grants and conveys to party of the second part a
perpetual easement in, under and over the following described real
property located in Pinellas County, Florida, solely for the pur-
pose of installation and maintenance of buried sanitary sewage line
or pipes:
