EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom, BARBER PROPER TIESa INC.. a
corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEAR WATER. FLORIDA,
a municipal corporation, an easement over, under and across the following
described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, to wit:
PERMANENT EASEMENT
10 feet of even width off of the entire North side of the
SW-l/4 of the SW-l/4 of Section 18, Township 29 South,
Range 16 East; except that portion of the above described
real estate heretofore dedicated for highway and easement
purposes.
This easement being for installation and maintenance of water
transmission mains.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any water transmission mains and to inspect and alter such mains
from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party hereto has caused these presents
to be duly executed by its proper officers thereunto authorized and its seal
to be hereunto affixed, this 28th day of December , 1965 .
