her husband EDWIN F. SCHULTE; MARY M. BROWN SAVAGE, joined by her

to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal c~rporation, an
easement over, under'and across the following described land, lying and
being situate in the County of PmellaB, State of Florida, ,tG wit:
EASEMENT
Parcel "A". The South 10 feet of the North 60 feet of the
NE-l/4 of the NE-l/4 of Section 18, Township 29 South,
Range 16 East, less the West 441. 98 feet and less the East
250 feet.
This easement over Parcel"A" being a permanent easement for the
installation and maintenance of a sanitary sewer gravity line and force main.
This easement shall in no way affect access to this property.
Parcel liB ". The South 10 feet of the North 70 feet of the
West 25 feet of the East 275 feet of the NE-l/4 of the NE-l/4
of Section 18, Township 29 South, Range 16 East.
The Grantee, CITY OF CLEARWATER, proposes to construct, erect
and maintain a sanitary sewage pumping station on the real property described
as Parcel "B" and if at any time after it is erected, the City of Clearwater
shall deactivate and cease to use said sanitary sewage pumping station, then
said easement shall automatically terminate and be vacated.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any sanitary sewer line and/ or sanitary sewage pumping station,
and to inspect and alter such sanitary sewer line and/or sanitary sewage
pumping station from time to time.
