FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash in
hand paid to them , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and
the benefits to be derived therefrom, Alvin G. Clements and Joslyn
Clements, his wife,
do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an ease-
ment over, under and across the following described land, lying and
being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
The South 15 feet of the East 29$ feet more or less of
the West-3/4 of the NW-l/40f SW-l/4 of Section 1$,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County,
Florida.
This easement being for utility installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon
the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any utilities and to inspect and alter such utilities from time
to time.
