EASEMENT
ABSOLUTE PROPERTY HOLDINGS, INC., a Florida Corporation
6875 Ulmerton Road, Largo, Florida 33771
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a Florida
Municipal Corporation, an easement over, under and across the following described land
lying and being situate in the County of Pine lIas, State of Florida, to wit:
The West five feet (5') of Lots 35, 36 and 37, GULF TO BAY GARDENS
as recorded in Plat Book 50, Page 60 of the Public Records of Pine lias
County, Florida.
This easement is for ingress/egress and utilization in the maintenance and replacement of
drainage facilities located within the public right-of-way of David Avenue, The CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the above described
premises and to maintain and reconstruct any drainage facilities located within the adjacent
David Avenue right-of-way, and to inspect and alter such drainage facilities from time to
time, Grantee shall restore easement premises upon completion of each utilization,
