mains up to and including all hydrants, detector checks and meters,
but excluding any water mains that may lie under buildings or within
five (5) feet of buildings, AND an ingress and egress easement for
refuse and garbage collections and City of Clearwater service and
utility vehicles, all lying within the following described tract:

This easement being for refuse collection and water main installation
and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon
the above described premises and to collect refuse, construct, install and
maintain thereon any water mains and to inspect and alter such water mains
from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party hereto has caused these presents to be
duly executed by its proper officers thereunto authorized and its seal to be
hereunto affixed, this 19th day of October , 1988
