FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash
in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged" and the
benefits to be derived therefrom, ,

BETHEL PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, INC., 2905 Gulf to Bay Blvd.,
Clearwater, Florida
it's successors and assigns ("Grantor") does hereby grant and con-
vey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA ("Grantee") an easement to
operate and maintain in perpetuity or until the use thereof is ter-
minated, existing potable water distribution facilities, over and
across the following described land, lying and being situate in the
County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
An easement ten (10.00) feet wide lying five (5.0) feet
on either side of the existing potable water mains with-
in the below described tract of Land~
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto which by reference is
made. a ,part hereof.
4 The Grantee shall have the right to enter upon the above de-
. scribed premises to operate and maintain thereon existing potable
~water distribution facilities and to inspect and alter such facili-
ties from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party hereto has caused these presents
to be duly executed by its proper officers thereunto authorized and
its seal to be hereunto affixed, this 3rd day of September
