FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash
in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and tha
benefits to be derived therefrom, .
ALLAN J. STOWELL, 2873 Thornton Rd., Clearwater, Florida
his successors and assigns ("Grantor") does hereby grant and con-
vey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA ("Granteell) an easement to
operate and maintain in perpetuity or until the use thereof is ter-
minated, existing potable water distribution facilities, over and
across the following described land, lying and being situate in the
~ounty of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:

~j The Grantee shall have the right to enter upon the above de-
uscribed premises to operate and maintain thereon existing potable
water distribution facilities and to inspect and alter such facili-
ties from time to time.
An easement ten (10.00) feet wide lying five (5.0) feet
on either side of the existing potable water mains with-
in the below described tract of Land:
See Exhibit "A: attached hereto which by reference is
made a part hereof.

"and lying West of the Westerlx. Right-of-Way line of Thornton Road also being the
