does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an
easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and being
situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to-wit:
A Ten (10') foot water and gas main easement lying 5' each side of all water
and gas mains up to and including all hydrants and meters, but excluding any
water and gas mains that may lie under buildings or within five (5) feet of
buildings, AND an ingress and egress easement for refuse and garbage
collections and City of Clearwater service and utility vehicles, all lying
within the following described tract:
Commence at the center of said Section 17, Township 29 South,
Range 16 East, also being the point of intersection of the
centerlines of Gulf-to-Bay Blvd. (SR 60) and Hampton Road;
thence South 890 46' 01" West, along the South line of the
Northwest 1/4 of said Section 17 and the centerline of
Gulf-to-Bay Blvd., for 1882.78 feet; thence North 000 13' 59"
West, for 60.00 feet, to a point on the North Right-of-Way
line of SR 60, and the Point of Beginning; thence North 010
04' 04" East, for 199.84 feet; thence North 890 46' 01" East,
for 102.04 feet; thence North 000 13' 59" West, for 90.00
feet; thence North 890 46' 01" East, for 75.00 feet; thence
South 000 13' 59" East, for 10.00 feet; thence North 890 46'
01" East, for 233.33 feet; thence South 000 13' 59" East, for
224.79 feet; thence South 450 29' 32" West, for 55.87 feet,
to a point on the North Right-of-Way line of SR 60; thence
South 860 09' 16" West, along said North Right-of-Way line,
