easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and being
situate in the County of Pine11as, State of Florida, to-wit:
A Ten (10') foot water and gas main easement lying 5' each side of all water
and gas mains up to and including all hydrants and meters, but excluding any
water and gas mains that may lie under buildings or within five (5) feet of
buildings, AND an ingress and egress easement for refuse and garbage
collections and City of Clearwater service and utility vehicles, all lying
within the following described tract:
